Job Description

1. Cold calling to generate leads.
2. Managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle and ensuring adherence to the process with involvement in vendor management, rate negotiation & finalization and monitoring of vendor performance.
3. Ensuring division is staffed adequately based on the project needs and project timeline.
4. Plan and ensure budget controls over head counts and cost of hire in all divisions.
5. Planning procedures in improving candidate experience.
6. Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.
7. Generating different types of monthly MIS reports like attendance, payroll.
8. Reporting to Managing Director, responsible for HR and Admin functions of the unit with variety of responsibilities, including issue offer letters, appointment and full and final settlement etc.
9. Observing timely reports on employment activity.
10. Manpower planning and Budgeting
11. Performance appraise of employees.
12. Competency gap analysis.
13. Training need identification and scheduling trainings.
14. Execution of training schedules and plan
15. Selection of trainer
16. Ensure adherence of HR policies and companies code of conduct.
17. Ensure Orientation of new employees.
